The Valley Septic Association was formed for the purpose of supporting its members through the negotiation of competitive pricing for septic tank pump-out and services. We bid to local septic companies and negotiate the best rates possible for you. We source out multiple service providers and based on the number of members in the Association we are able to leverage the best savings possible. If you live in the Lake Oscawana watershed area of Putnam Valley, the Town has enacted a local law requiring the initial septic tank pump-out of 1, 2 or 3 years depending on your distance to the lake.Our focused is on Putnam Valley but the Association is open to all in the Putnam, Dutchess and Westchester Area as the larger the Association the lower the rates.
